This is a really nice place building is old but everything works Great....love the pool and the beach acces private beach only for guests Dining opcion on site and all around....nice view of the ocean....the only thing i dindt like it was the SMAL BATHROOM...other than that everything else was grea 9/10

Great view from the 27th floor but only 2 unairconditioned elevators were working so it took awhile to get to and from room. We did have a maid let herself into our room a few hours after we checked in. I don’t know what she was looking for but she left when she saw us inside the room

When I made my reservation I picked pay at the location because I wanted to pay cash but they took the paiement on my credit card and because of the currency I ended up paying 20$ extra for a night. Canadian currency is bad as it it so it is annoying when a hotel make it even worse. Expedia show me a price and I expect to pay that price. As of the hotel the pool location was nice, the oceanview as very pretty, the room was kinda old, the bed and sofa was not comfortable at all.I would not go back but it was ok for a 2 nights stay.

Desde que llegamos no habia estacionamiento (ni porque te lo cobran y la entrada llena con camionetas de mudanzas y coches), el check in no fué en recepción sin embargo te piden un depósito de 200 pesos y no entendí para que... El check in fué enfrente, el hotel no ha tenido mantenimiento y tiene una vista bastante desagradable, habitación sucia, no servia la parrilla y 2 focos parpadeaban y se apagaban, sabanas con sangre en toda la estancia nunca las cambiaron, en la alberca nadie respeta el reglamento incluso hasta marihuana fumaban, llamé para reportarlo y nunca contestaron, se dejó la queja en recepción, con el jefe de seguridad y un escrito con la señorita que me regreso el depósito de 200 que se dejaron, en la playa aunque pareciera privada del hotel pues no es así, también ahí llegan vendedores y te rentan sombrillas con sillas, la música del antro que está en la torre sur no deja dormir, en fin esperaba algo mejor...

El estacionamiento es un engaño, te cobran y tu auto se queda en doble fila o hasta el fondo y se tardan mucho en dártelo si vas a salir. Los elevadores se tardan mucho porque no se dan abasto para mover a tanta gente. Los empleados amables.
