「The condo was well stocked, very clean and space for everyone. We especially liked the children's room, very bright and cheerful, and the view of the bay is great.」

「A lovely and perfect stay but for a significant issue: the HVAC system was not functioning and could not be repaired during our stay. The owner is out of state and doesn't have a reliable local system for resolving problems. He did, however, give us a substantial refund. Luckily the weather was mild and we completed our stay. It's a great location, very well equipped and you may see ponies from the deck!」

「The property is NOT AT ALL what it looks like from photos. The building is old and kind of “ghetto”. The parking area was very poor and we ended up parking in the mud as the grass was all torn up. The host communicated with us but we decided not to stay and went to a local hotel instead as the property was THAT BAD! There was something running down the wall in the bathroom. 「This condo had lots of room and was a cozy space for the two of us. There were two outdoor spaces to enjoy although neither had overhangs for sun or rain protection. The location was great and easy walking distance to the charming downtown. We were upstairs and the only entrance was through the back so we did not have access to the engaging front of the house. 「Very pleased with the location and unit itself. Right next to the steps but luckily my son wasn’t bothered. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely choose to stay again. My only complaint is with chincoteague as a whole - way too many flies and mosquitoes. 」

The condo was the perfect size for the two of us, clean, stocked with all the essentials you may need, very quiet area, amazing views of the sunsets and easy access into the town of Chincoteague.
