First of all, the staff is so rude. The place is so old and not well maintained. The place is so dirty! I think it’s highly overpriced for a very dirty place with the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have stayed here for the past 5 to 6 years and there has been a lot of improvement. From reception to cleaning. I didn't go to the restaurant this time ,so I can't say much about that but room service was good. Food has improved . My only downside was the water wasn't warm enough for showers and restaurant need a little more improvement with their burgers. Comparing the past which was always 6,I will give them a 9/10 this time. Am happy they listen to reviews. See you all soon.

I spent only a night, the location is perfect, very close to the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff, an excellent breakfast buffet, and convenient airport pick-up and drop-off. The only downside was the overused towels, which could be replaced to improve the overall guest experience. I would gladly stay here again and again.

I stayed for a night. Great breakfast. Airport shuttle was a huge help. The electrical outlets in my room were not compatible with the device charger I had. So, make sure to bring a type G adapter if your charger plug is not a type G.

The staff at check in were very helpful. The lock in the first room they put me in didn’t work, so they moved me to another room. That room was fine, but was lacking and washcloths or hand towels. Other than that it was good and provided a convenient location to the airport
