The studio apartment had a nice view, the cleaning duo were always friendly and efficient. Minus the initial problems checking in that took like 3 different people to correct it and about 3 hrs along with unhelpful front desk people the location and amenities were fantastic. It would be helpful though to have a luggage cart or help with that, we lucked out and a fellow American guest helped us with our luggage. The East pool was way less crowded and cleaner and much more family friendly. The gym was excellent they had new equipment with a view while you work out i didn't like that people were blasting their music and leaving doors propped open that kinda defeats the point of security and facial recognition securiry to open doors throughout the property. It would've been beyter though to have a smart lock for the doors and or a ring camera for safety.

I don’t recommend booking with cozy/abode/solomon/milicah (same company, different names) Not a good host, after you book they will say the apartment is not available and move you to a cheaper one or tell you to leave.

Consistency & Honesty Still Missing — Disappointed on My Second Stay This was my second stay at Loxwood Adobe Condos, and unfortunately the same issue happened again. Their listing claims the unit has a washer and dryer, and since this was important to me, I even contacted the property five hours before arrival to confirm. They responded and assured me the room had both appliances. When I arrived around 8 PM, I found only a washer—no dryer, just like my previous stay. This meant I had to hang my clothes outside to dry, which is not acceptable for a condo where most units normally include a proper washer/dryer setup. When a booking promises certain amenities, guests should be able to trust that information. What made the situation worse was the management’s response. When I asked to cancel the reservation due to the misleading listing, they refused. When I requested a refund, that was denied as well. There was no accountability, no apology, and no attempt to correct the issue they had already acknowledged. Loxwood Adobe has the potential to be a great hosting company—I’ve had positive experiences with them in the past. But lately they seem overwhelmed and more focused on collecting bookings than meeting the basic international standards travelers expect. Until they improve accuracy in their listings and take customer service seriously, guests should be cautious and verify everything before arrival. My advice is to not prepay. Once they get your money its not coming back.
