不滿：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
TERRIBLE! We arrive at the Mirage and the security service stops us and says: if you want to come in you have to say the room number otherwise you can't come in, at 40°C! After an hour a manager arrives, Noemi, a young girl with little experience, kind, and says that due to maintenance it is not possible to sleep at the Mirage, but in another place, very far from where we had booked!
