TERRIBLE! We arrive at the Mirage and the security service stops us and says: if you want to come in you have to say the room number otherwise you can't come in, at 40°C! After an hour a manager arrives, Noemi, a young girl with little experience, kind, and says that due to maintenance it is not possible to sleep at the Mirage, but in another place, very far from where we had booked! Mrs. Noemi says: if you have to go out I will organize the taxi transfer for you, from the Embassy Gardens Hotel to the Mall, so I take it for granted that the next day it will be at the company's expense since we were forced to sleep in another hotel! Instead Noemi replies that these were not the agreements!!! It is not for the 10 euros, but for the inconvenience they created with the work on the apartment which in my opinion is not true but simply the apartment had been occupied by other customers, because initially when I speak to Mrs. Noemi on the phone before she came to the Mirage she says that the reservation did not exist and that the money had not arrived in their account!! and I had booked 2 weeks before! and that the workers left after October 26th! it is not correct to act like this! having paid 597 euros for a week I hoped to have a decent service from the owner of the mirage apartment! then the boss wrote to me, via whatsapp because I wanted to return to the mirage residence on November 8th and not November 9th, because I really felt like I was being taken for a ride, and the owner
