“My room was very clean, the AC worked great, everything in the room was satisfactory, except for the Wi-Fi. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great views from the top of the building where there is a small pool. So far so good”

“I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The owner has no business being in hospitality. Although his manager, Efya, did her best to make up for his lapses, the final straw came when we were told that an iron and ironing board could not be delivered to our rooms, and that we would instead have to pay extra to have our clothes ironed for us. Since we were in Ghana for a wedding in the East Legon area, that convenience was especially important and was one of the reasons we chose this……

“Its my second time staying here just that i thought i paid for breakfast but the owner say it was not part the first time i stayed breakfast was apat but because they had to bring the breakfast from somewhere else i end up having to leave because my flight ”

“The check-in process was good. I appreciated the assistance given me by Wendy to move my luggage from one suite to the next. The room was clean and well equipped. However, even though the listing stated that transportation would be provided (to/from) the airport, when I inquired, there was no response. I was told the television services would be activated - they never were. This suite was the third one in which I stayed, and in comparison to the others, it was ok - primarily because of the lack……

“The airport pickup took more than 30 minutes despite repeated calls and was followed by a check in that was even longer. The hotel public areas were badly maintained, the restaurant and breakfast options were poor and none of the gym machines were working on the first day I went up to use them.”
