Einzig, das in dem Haus noch zwei oder drei weitere Wohnungen sind, könnte deutlicher formuliert sein. Die waren bei unserer Anwesenheit alle nicht vermietet und für unsere Vorhaben deswegen egal, aber wenn wir uns die Tischtennisplatte und den schönen Garten noch mit zwei bis drei weiteren Parteien hätten teilen müssen, wäre das doof...
