“What an absolute delight, start to finish! The check in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and chatty, genuinely interested in their guests. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate are offered most of the day, self service, which is great. The bar was open until midnight and the rooftop terrace offered nice views and another place to sit and relax.
