“Check in 的時候櫃檯搞錯房型，Check out的時候帳單金額也錯誤，本來櫃檯人員不願更改，還好自己有把訂房的email留下來仔細找出免費項目才免除費用。再來就是房間的整潔度實在有待加強，床單枕頭套都是髒的，第二天還出現蟑螂，冷氣也必須開很久房間才會涼，實在很不Ok！而早餐及晚餐，食物的種類選擇不多，擺放也擁擠，因此拿取食物的時候整個感覺好混亂，食物也不好吃。還好唯一覺得開心的是滑水道孩子很喜歡，不過這是必須額外付費的項目！”

“Here’s the deal: the room itself was spotless, and the hotel was definitely clean overall. Breakfast? Delicious. Plus, if you’re heading to the Iguaçu Falls, the location is on point. The standout moment was the first staff member who helped us—early check-in, no hassle. But after that? The rest of the staff dropped the ball. Wrong info more than once, promises to deliver things to the room that never showed up, and when we went in person, they were pretty unhelpful. So, yeah, that was a mess.……

“o atendimento na parte da noite no restaurante deixou a desejar funcionário limitado e de mal humor , fomos pedir uma taça para tomar um vinho no quarto queria cobrar 10,00 por taça e ainda em taça de água! já viajei bastante e fiquei em vários hotéis e nunca vi isso! nós almoçamos e jantamos no restaurante e não pode emprestar taça ? um absurdo”

“Hôtel bien placé pour visiter les cataractes, on peut aller à pied à l'entrée du site. Ce n'est cependant pas un hôtel de niveau 5*. Les parties communes sont agréables mais la chambre est sommaire et la sdb basique. Le service également. Pas de chaussons offerts. Le petit déjeuner buffet est copieux.”

“It was a clean room and building but that’s really all it had going for it. It’s not clear from booking that there’s no staff, minimal facilities, and it’s all quite sterile and automated. If you need somewhere to spend time while you’re in Iguazu this place does not have the amenities that you need. ”

“En la habitación encontramos dos pulgas, solicitamos que nos cambiaran el cuarto, y la encargada de limpieza lo hizo de muy mala gana. La habitacion es cómoda, buen aire acondicionado, el desayuno bien, y lo de recepción amables menos la chica de la tarde que también se molestó por que pedimos cambiar el cuarto ”

“I chose it mainly because it is just across the street from the Long Distance Bus Terminal, There are many other hotels/guesthouses around the Station but this one seemed to be the best (and only high-rise). The price was decent and I could just walk across the street, finding things to eat in the bus station (a lot of choice). The room is relatively spacious and comfortable. The only problem is that it is not near any tourist attractions of Foz (not walking distance). However, since the bus……

“As instalações são muito antigas, precisam de reforma. Mas o pessoal de todo o hotel é muito simpático e atencioso.”

“Estadia dentro do esperado. Único detalhe ruim é que ficamos praticamente um dia com problemas na água, era geral em todos os quartos, uma hora não saía água outra saía somente fria. Fora isso, tudo dentro do ofertado.”
