「The area has everything you could need including a beautiful green space & park. However, the property is not luxury. When we arrived there was building work still happening, the apartment was not the one advertised, there was no oven as stated, the bathroom was so small I couldn't even turn around in it and there was a foul smell, like a blocked drain smell, in the bathroom. The bed was awful, the most uncomfortable bed I've slept on. The apartment was narrow, no decent views from the window as...

「Second time here, mainly for the london eye view. Location is great. But service was really …merely acceptable. Slow, cold, not so friendly. Lower your expectation on warm and welcoming service. Otherwise, all good. 」

「It was lovely to stay at this hotel where it's very close to King's Cross station. Room is not very big but enough for 2 people. Staffs are very helpful regarding to luggage storage after checking out. £3 per luggage. Overall it's a nice stay at Point A hotel King's Cross!」
