"The living area is great for get-togethers. The large fenced in backyard was also nice. We had a fire in the fire pit and roasted marshmallows. My only complaint is that the kitchen only has very basic supplies. We purchased a corkscrew and some plastic wine glasses. No hand mixer or other small appliances. There was a coffee maker that worked well and was much appreciated! This is not really a complaint, but a suggestion - a couple of throws on the couch would be nice for snuggling in the winter months. Contact with the owner was easy and he responded quickly. Would highly recommend, especially for the price! Clean and convenient to walking downtown and to the local park."

"This was a time when my family and I could get together to spend some quality time together. The townhouse was very nice and we had no issues. Because it was my whole family, I did a lot of cooking at the townhouse. The only issue I faced was that there were no items like measuring cups and spoons, along with a mixing bowl, etc. for such purpose. This was also the first time since renting this type of property that I was required to wash the dishes and towels as we paid a cleaning fee. Otherwise our visit was very pleasant."

"The place was nice and clean. Plenty of space for sleeping. The master bed was fabulous to sleep on. Very easy to get in touch with the host when we ran into a problem. Which there were only a few minor details i personally found to be annoying.. the coffee pot was broken, but she ordered one and we picked it up the next morning along with supplies that were needed in the kitchen such as sponges for cleaning, dish soap, spray for cleaning the counter tops etc.. also the soaps and shampoos in the restrooms were watered down so much that it took 10-15 pumps to get a good lather for your hair to be washed so bring your own or expect watery soaps.. could use a few more utensils especially for larger groups. The grill outside needed desperate cleaning but no way to clean it so we cooked our burgers inside. .. other than those few minor things this was a winner and a wonderful place to stay and we'll definitely be back next year to stay again. Would recommend.. "
