The towels were filthy and covered in stains after they claimed to "wash" them, stains on the comforter and sheets smelled musty. Bathrooms were dirty with urine around the toilet and i didnt feel comfortable showering with my shoes off so i kept them on. I opened a drawer and found old molded yogurt. The place is filthy just stay somewhere elese!!!!

Non smoking room reeked of cigarettes, and the was a cockroach as soon as we go into the room. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough!

There was no breakfast as advertised. Room smelled like mold. The air worked very well, kept the room nice and cold. The wet from the condenser leaked on the inside of the room. You have to use a tiny, unmarked window to check in. Maid was crabby and abrupt. No smiles to be found here. I won't waste my money here again, I'd rather sleep in my car. I am surprised Wyndham has their name anywhere around here.

The room was full of flies and gnats. The toilet seat was broken. The shower did not work. The water was literally just a trickle. No trash can in the room . The refrigerator was not clean and freezer had frozen bottles of water that had been left there for quite some time. The air conditioning didn’t work. I feel like I should have been refunded. I will not be returning. If you book online you won’t be able to get a refund. Very disappointed.

This hotel is horrible and should be shut down. It was dirty and unclean. It smelled like urine. The room was not at all acceptable. The windows were broken, the bathroom door was broken, the shower wasn’t clean, the shower curtain was moldy, it smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking room, there was food left in the fridge and the ac didn’t work well.

Horrible. Do not stay
Horrible place and staff. On a business trip. Not like the description at all. Trash outside. Arrived to check in and td no rooms available. Was yelled at by night clerk. After started to file complaint to Hotels.com was told oh no dont do that i have a room for you. Long time later and horrible experience got a room. Broken security lock. Dirty room. Stained linnen. Shampoo and conditioner over half empty.

The room was clean but they hadn’t refreshed the amenities. There was no Kleenex there was no there wasn’t even soap or shampoo there. That room was supposed to be non-smoking but it had a smoke smell. Not strong but it was there. There was only one person on duty for that entire hotel this was not adequate staffing by any means. Apparently there was a large crowd the evening before and they hadn’t completed cleaning up all of the garbage that was strewn around. That manager should’ve had the ability to call help to get that taken care of immediately. I can only recommend this hotel as a last minute stop over at this point. Until they upgrade their staffing there is a very large problem here.

Great customer service, but misleading pictures
The Customer Service was excellent. Not much more to be thrilled about. Was missing a couple of light bulbs. The property owners are wealthy, but do little to keep up the condition since it's government subsidized. You get what you pay for I guess.

Never Again
Not a great experience, beginning with check-in. Lobby was closed for some reason, so I had to use the night window. Took several uses of the bell to get anyone's attention, and the woman who finally appeared seemed annoyed at my presence. Got to my room and found the following to be missing: TV remote, ironing board, light bulb over sink, soap and bathmat. Very nice lady who was cleaning nearby rooms hooked me up with soap and a remote but couldn't otherwise help me. During all of this, the local police showed up and took one of the other tenants out in handcuffs. As for the room itself, the carpet had obviously not been vacuumed for days, nor had the bathroom floor been mopped. Some areas had not been dusted for a while, to include the top of the HVAC unit, which was the final resting place for some long-deceased flies. On the plus side, the appliances worked well, the shower was nice, there were good dining and shopping options nearby, and the location was relatively quiet, given its proximity to I-75. Bottom line, if I had not prepaid for this room and had other options, I would never have stayed here. Nor will I ever again.

The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and pleasant. The room was disgusting. I found hairs on my bed. The couch had multiple stains on it and the door lock was broken. I pushed the nasty couch against the door. Broken handles on the dresser. Go one exit north to stay! This place is a dump

The rooms weren’t what one would expect “clean” to be. There was a pair of dirty socks in the corner of the room (presumably from a previous guest) dirt on the floor and some kind of liquid on the table next to the bed. The room smelled like smoke. Just a generally unpleasant stay. They can do better!

Comforter stained badly. 7). Channel listing notes Best Value Inn, not Baymont. 8). Hairdryer missing and mounting fixture not cleaned in some time. A heavy layer of dust. 9). Multiple vehicles in rear parking lot not operable. Leaking fluids. Broken windows. 10). Landscaping not maintained at all. 11). A couple of cockroaches crawled across the wall.

The staff were friendly. The room appeared to be in the middle of renovation, the bed, carpet and tile appeared new. The bed was very comfortable. The door lock was broken and a towel was left behind the bathroom door. We were advised no breakfast was available when we checked in. The new carpet and bed saved the room from a bad review.

Unfortunately, my room that appeared decent was bedbug and roach infested. I woke up to bedbug bites over my arms face and legs. Roaches we’re climbing in my boots and on the nightstand as well as in the bathroom. It was a horrific experience.

This place takes a good picture but as soon as you arrive it is very disappointing. Room was not clean or stocked. Only had two towels (both stained), one coffee cup but no coffee. Pullout couch was full of chips, other food, stained and had no bedding to use as a bed. Office gave us sheets that were ripped and the pillow was a decorative pillow, not a bed pillow. The king bed had stains and rips on bedding and smelled of smoke. Carpet left my socks very dirty, so dirty floor. All furniture looked very used and at the end of this life. Smoke detector was removed and wires left hanging. Shower had many stray hairs on walls. For the price we paid, it should have been far better. Needless to say, very disappointed and would NOT recommend.

Rooms are dirty. Dust on everything, drink rings on furniture where they weren’t wiped down, debris on bathroom counter. Breakfast has been suspended due to Covid so I pray previous person in my room didn’t have it because it definitely wasn’t sanitized. Remote is sticky to touch. I slept showered and left touching as little as possible.

Not a good experience.
The room was not cleaned after the previous guest left. The place was booked with no other rooms available. Ended up leaving an continuing to the destination by driving straight through.

The room was filthy. We struggled to open the room door and had to get staff to help us open it. There was a piece of paper covering a hole where the door peep hole should have been. There was a huge stain on the couch. The bed did not have a comforter, it was just a thin bed sheet. Overall I had an issue checking in at 3:00pm due to Expedia not faxing over the correct billing information to the hotel for my room. I checked in after 11pm when the issue was resolved.

From the start they put me in a room where they said a painter stays in there all the time .. it was nasty and had trash all in the floor. I called receptionist and got moved to another room .. wow that room was like someone just checked out . There was no clean bed covers . So I asked for a different room . That was seemed to be great , until I pull back the bed covers and pillows . Blood stain all over the pillow cases to the extent I was not going to sleep on the bed .. I slept on the chair that night .checked out the next morning

Roach infested, dirty sheets with hairs, smelly, stained walls, wet carpet, stray dog loitering around the compound, to list a few. A hotel room can’t be anymore unkempt and dirty than the room I was given. Checkout my pictures of the roaches in the room on my google review. Save your money!!! I had it booked for three nights checked out after the first night and asked for a refund for the two nights. The property refused to give me a refund for the two nights.

Stay away.
I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all. Had a lot of foot traffic thru their location. Also found a hypodermic needle laying in the parking lot. Also on the 2nd night someone in the parking lot was pressure washing a dump truck at 10:00 at night.

We ultimately didn’t stay. There is no sign lit up so we passed it initially. Pulled into the lot late and people were “tailgating” in the lot. A couple was fighting on the balcony, a woman highly intoxicated and/or high was roaming the area near the window to check in. Due to safety concerns, you can’t enter the office at night. With just me and my ten year old daughter, we didn’t feel safe staying. I am currently attempting a refund but have yet to hear back from hotel. This is not safe for families!

Safety. no smoke detector in the room. No outlet covers in the room. Cleanliness. Sheets had sticky tar substance & cigarette burns. Toothpaste in the sink from previous occupants. Shower was dirty & water wouldn’t get hot. I should have taken photos but I just wanted to leave.
