The jacuzzi sweet was pretty nasty. Mold coming out of Jets and didn't have good pressure. The staff was very rude the next morning.

This location imo, is not as clean or friendly as Emerson. I felt very unwelcomed. The rooms appear to be clean, but the floors are dirty. We used the towels to clean the floors after we realized how dirty our socks were. The dogs at this location also barks a lot. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from which is a plus, but staying here again....

A clean, ok place for a quick stop
Had a quick stop one night in the area after a festival event. It's just a very basic room, but it was clean, safe and pretty quiet. Had my two dogs with me. Please note, although the policies state 2 pets no charge, they did charge a $10 fee for the 2nd dog-no big deal since most places charge much more. They do have some grassy areas for pets use as well. Ice-machine was non-operational. Didn't try breakfast as was only till 9am (why do hotels do this?)- checkout 11am. Imagine it was basic muffin/banana and such. It's ok for a quick stop if you have your pups with you. No issues. They allowed me to checkout 11:30 when asking. Close to Red Top to visit the next day. There is also a waffle house and dunkin donuts close-by.

The room was relatively clean buy there was a lot of roaches in our room. The pillows were small and hard and the mattress wasnt the most comfortable. The room has alot of potential though if they get the roach situation under control.

Not the worse but not the best
Location was convenient to the interstate. Check in was easy. Opened door to room and immediately saw 2 roaches on the door, upon inspecting the room didn’t see any other bugs. Booked a non smoking room that reeked of old cigarettes (I noticed the room right next to us was a smoking room, why do they even still allow smoking in hotels at all?!), bathroom ceiling had water damage and looked like it could have caved in at any time. It looked liked they tried to update at some time but still could use some more. This was just an overnight stop so we toughed it out. Waffle House next door was convenient

Terrible Night !
My family & I booked this motel 6months in advice . In my original booking ,I had stated that we wanted 2 queen beds , down stairs , because my wife is handicap & can,t climb stairs . After a 11 hour car ride , we arrived at Red Roof . #1 , incorrect address stated , #2 , they don,t have ( ANY , queen beds on ground floor . ) NONE. ! My family was disappointed by sleeping on double beds . I asked the lady there, why wasn't I notified of this ! No Comment was given . Well , we won't use Red Roof ever again.

Unforseen stay
The Host canceled my reservation prior to arrival which resulted in a higher room rate. Upon arrival was charged approximately $50 higher/room than quoted on the app. After walking into our rooms we quickly became aware that the facility was infested with roaches, resulting in having to check out abruptly. I was informed that I would recieve a partial refund in 5 business days. The hostess at the desk was rude, and could not explain why she was charging more as well as why she charged my card after leaving the hotel again.

We have stayed 3 consecutive months in this hotel while in town for a couple of days. This hotel is clean, well kept, the owners knew our names the 2nd and 3rd trip. It’s convenient to the interstate, close to downtown Acworth and walking distance to Waffle House. We are picky about hotels and they’ve earned our business.

Room reeked of urine. Sure, I knew it was an inexpensive hotel, but I was shocked by the smelly room. The handle on the dresser fell off upon touching it, the bathroom was raggedy, and the soap dispenser barely functioned. Stay away unless you happen to have a fettish for the smell of urine. It was disgusting. Room 209.

food services are all nearby , grocery store basically across the street , one off the cleanest rooms ,very nice staff , Trick is getting on the property , very confusing as the road seems to vanish you think that your going over a brink aside from that Great place for the money
