「Huge, clean, and in a nice neighborhood near everything.」

「The town of Acworth is beyond amazing and the trails and downtown area close by were adored. Deer came into the yard and my daughter was in total awe! We will definitely stay at Acworth again but not would choose this home for the price, neighbor house that looks abandoned and cockroach/hot water issues.」

「We couldn’t have been happier with the location, amenities and cleanliness of this cute cottage. It was perfect for us while visiting for a baseball tournament. Thanks!」

「It was a nice little house close to the lake. Loved hearing the birds singing and seeing the deer walking around the neighborhood. It was a great neighborhood very quiet and peaceful. The house had everything we needed.」

「Great house for multiple families. Has all the amenities you need. Love the neighborhood and town.」

「Inside was clean, outside needed definite maintenance, the down stairs where the washer and dryer was not clean.」

「Great stay」

「I arrived extremely late after dark because of traffic issues and it was so great to have a garage for unloading. Also after being cooped up in the car for 12 hours, having a completely fenced in yard for my 3 yo dog so she could run off some of her energy., was so helpful. The place was beautifully decorated and was so comfortable. We had a wonderful stay.」

「We had a great stay at Downtown Dugout. Kim was an excellent host and communication was great and timely. The house was clean and just as described. The house was stocked and we really appreciated the snack basket that was available upon check-in which we greatly appreciated after a long day of traveling and weren't quite sure of our dinner plans. We would highly recommend the Downtown Dugout.」

「Overall the property was excellent, and we enjoyed our stay! Great location, close to anything we could need, as well as the Lakepoint baseball complex (15mins). Very clean and cozy. Good communication with the host on check-in/check-out instructions. Only complaint would be the master bathroom. Shower is very small, so we chose to all use the hall bathroom for our showers. The toilet in the master also broke toward the end of our stay, which was promptly addressed by the host. Would definitely...

「Wonderful place to stay. Convenient to everything. Host and house was superb. Fully stocked with all amenities and even had extras like robes and slippers. Fantastic. Only issue was they decided to strip and replace road while we were there which was not ideal and completely out of the host’s hands but still not a great thing to happen for 4 days. Otherwise, would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in this area.」

「House is as advertised. Had a great time with a bunch of teenage boys. Everyone had their own space.」

「Thank you!」

「Great communication very friendly」

「Clean and cozy!」
