“It’s a very convenient location and worked well enough for our trip, but it’s fairly basic and a little tired. The fridge had broken shelves and a leak inside. The garbage cabinet was broken and didn’t slide well. The furniture had stains and wasn’t very comfortable.It served its purpose, but didn’t really feel like vacation.”

“We were traveling with my partner's parents who are older and don't move around as well. We selected this property due to the elevator and secure parking. It was a really great stay (it was their first time in a vacation rental and they were very impressed).The location was really great. I was able to walk around the beautiful neighborhood with no problems and got to Forsyth in about 10 minutes (walking). Kroger was a few minutes drive away and it took less than 15 minutes to drive to River……

“Although the room was clean it had limited things like silverware etc. The room had peeling paint etc. Bathroom was tiny. View of ocean was obstructed ”

“Never really spoke with the host. Unit was not what we expected from listing. Very old, not so much dirty as old unit was definitely transformed from an older building with minimal “expense”. Would stay there again, but probably not recommend to friends or family.”

“This was such a beautiful place! My husband thoroughly enjoyed his first time fly fishing and grilling his catch. We can't wait to come back!”

“A wonderful, cozy stay. Nice home. Our host was most helpful. The View, the Sun-ups, and snow on the mountains were awesome. Great vacation! ”

“Nice , clean and quiet. Only issue was the parking was limited. If you have a full size truck or SUV its a squeeze. The beds were very and comfy.”
