“I was really impressed with the quality of the room, cleanliness and the little extras. I was greeted by a smiling face who took the time to show me the room. A handwritten note welcoming me was on the counter, along with chocolate chip cookies and 2 complimentary ice cold bottles of water in the refrigerator. The robes provided were comfortable and so soft and decor was very retro with black and white photos of stars from the past. The complimentary breakfast looked amazing and I regret not……

“The staff at Sleep Inn were unprofessional and unkind. They told my 8-year-old daughter that the noise from the neighbors was merely them “doing their business,” as if loud lovemaking was acceptable. When we asked to be moved to a room without a connecting door—especially after the neighbor had smashed our wall—they discouraged us from calling the police. Instead, by saying we cannot guarantee not connection door, what's most, they relocated us to a room directly below that same noisy couple,……
