“The staff at Sleep Inn were unprofessional and unkind. They told my 8-year-old daughter that the noise from the neighbors was merely them “doing their business,” as if loud lovemaking was acceptable. When we asked to be moved to a room without a connecting door—especially after the neighbor had smashed our wall—they discouraged us from calling the police.
