“Clean room and courteous hotel staff!”

“The staff is friendly but no breakfast so that was a disappointment but overall clean and smelt like they used actual cleaning supplies. I would go there again”

“I love Country Inn and Suites but this one really has me so disappointed. The hotel is under renovation however, it was like no one checked the rooms before assigning them. We had to be moved 3 times. And the last room still wasn't up to par but we were exhausted. Starting off with the 1st room, it was consumed by the smell of cigarettes. The 2nd room was full of mold. The window curtains, the phone and the shower curtain. Plus the tv didn't work. They moved us to a 3rd room.... It was better……

“The room wasn’t clean like other Hampton Inn’s we’ve stayed at. The room furnishings weren’t as nice, and towels available were the minimum amount. We’ve made it a point to stay at Hampton Inn’s, so this was disappointing.”

“We loved our stay in this historic hotel. The room was very clean and seemed newly renovated. The staff was spectacular from the greeting to responding to all of our questions.”

“There isn't many places to stay in Jackson. This place was a great location as you were so close to the downtown area. It did need some updating and better cleaning. We were disappointed that the pool was out of order. If you are looking for something that is just a place to stay, this isn't too bad. We were in town most of the time. Jackson is a cute town and we enjoyed all the Stranger things locations!”

“I have traveled to quite a few places in the world, but the hospitality at this hotel was some I have ever received. The staff were incredibly attentive to all our needs and especially good with our small children. I cannot recommend this place enough”

“What an excellent place to vacay! So clean, friendly staff, and absolutely fantastic breakfast!”

“Tv would not work, had loose wires and kept turning off. Staff delayed coming to help until I went to front desk. I fixed wit tape after 30 min of trying. Checkout day the man behind desk would not get out of his chair to answer my question for water fountain - said there was none available. Went to breakfast area and woman there went to front desk and gave me cold bottled water all while front desk guy sat idle not being helpful at all”
