The restroom in my room was filthy and it had a strong urine odor, I immediately went to swap rooms. The new room looked decent and the restroom odor wasn't as bad/strong. Unfortunately when I got ready to jump in the shower there was a very dirty rag and long hairs, to me these where signs that they didn't even clean the shower. I immediately sent the pictures to the person on site via text and they offered to move me to another room, unfortunately I was unpacked and I was ready for bed. Terrible and disgusting experience I ever had.

We were traveling with our dog and the room we had was at the end of the hall by a side entry door (Key required) this worked very well for us. The complimentary breakfast was good and most importantly, opened promptly at 7:00AM to assists our earliest possible departure. The hotel is in good condition, but the shower door did not want to stay closed while showering and the shower grout and shower floor did reflect some age.

Rooms very comfortable and clean

Clean and comfortable. Stayed in a 2 queen bed room, and we were pleased with the clean room and comfort of beds. Bathroom was very clean. Breakfast bar leaves nothing to be desired and was the only downfall to the stay, next time we'll just eat out for breakfast.

Got to our room and we had 1 towel and no wash cloths. Had to go down to the front desk and get them. Another guest was doing the same thing. Ok for the most part but not as nice as other Hampton Inns we’ve stayed at. Breakfast was pretty good.

Upon entering the room, I noticed a white comforter on the bed with several stains. Upon request we were given another comforter. It was clean. The shower gel container in the shower was empty. Hair was found in the shower, only 2 towels . The furniture was old, and the table was not clean. It had old coffee spills on it. I was shocked that a Hampton inn was in This condition. The staff was friendly. I would not stay here again.

The employee working the front desk was friendly. The lobby area was OK. That ends the positive comments. The elevator, hallways, and room were filthy. The carpets were stained. There was food everywhere. The shower was disgusting. The bathroom floor looked at though it hadn't been mopped in ages. The breakfast bagels were stale. There were no washcloths. We could only have 1 key as they were rationing them. I am amazed that this hotel is actually a Hampton Inn. It was more in line with what I would imagine a $40 a night hotel would be. Very disappointed in Hampton Inn not evaluating the quality of this hotel. I would never stay there again and I certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone. Yes, I read the lukewarm reviews...but for 1 night I had no idea it could be that bad. It was terrible.
