The receptionists were non chalant when spoken too and they didn’t have luggage trolleys, apparently the hotel has only 2 for a whole property. The breakfast did not have enough condiments such as milk,jellies,hot water even when requested by 8.30am...and a full breakfast crowd

Had no heat entire time and had our infant grandson with us. Amerigas showed up to fill propane tank in rain while we were leaving. Requested a refund and was told they haven’t received payment from Vrbo to refund me. Feel like I’m getting the run around
