Service of the reception was generally good, but some receptionists were full of passion while some were so calm that I think I appreciate they variety of characters. The reason I emphasize it more suitable for business traveler is it doesn't have a bathtub, something I think needed for a vacation. Although the Mall of Dhahran locates right on the opposite side and looks close, it still takes 10~15 minutes……

“This hotel was absolutely amazing, first time in Saudi Arabia, they made me feel at home, I stayed from December 23rd through the 26th in room 519. Amazing view, the best fine dining I’ve experienced in a long time. Breakfast and dinner buffets were more than amazing, I really enjoyed the spa experience as well. Everyone there made me feel valued and appreciated. I will be returning within the next couple of days.”
