Pleasant neighborhood and staff. Room nicely appointed and in good condition. There was considerable noise from the room above us that sounded like furniture being moved late at night and early in the morning. When occupancy is low, it would be good to leave vacant rooms right over occupied rooms. Limited dining options on the property or nearby.

Excellent facilities. If you are going to Ohio Northern University you can walk to any place on the campus. All ONU offices are across the street. The Freed Center is across the parking lot. However, it is a bit more pricey than other nearby hotels though the closest one is 10 miles away. The one big downside is that it has the worst "free breakfast" of any hotel I have ever stayed at. It's free but there is virtually nothing there for breakfast. Really shabby for an otherwise pretty nice hotel though it is still better than nothing.
