"Here’s a polished version of your review that keeps your tone and details but makes it read smoothly and clearly: ⸻ We stayed in a two-bedroom family villa, which was nice overall. The only issue was the bathroom door — it was made of glass and didn’t close properly, so it lacked privacy. We had to take turns for showers to manage that. Access to the beach was from the top restaurant level via stairs, and getting back up was quite a hike. Most of the staff seemed a bit grumpy, except for one lovely lady named Songül, who was very helpful and cheerful."

"Villa was beautiful, private and well designed. My only criticism would be the lack of kitchen utensils and cooking facilities ( no cutlery, plates etc) meaning you had no choice but to eat and drink at the hotel restaurants. Breakfast was wonderful. Overpriced though, at 450 euros a night I’d expect at least option to make your own snacks."

"Communication before the booking was very poor through messaging in the hotels.com app and over the phone. I called for five times and was left on hold between getting passed around between different staff that couldn’t speak English. My parents enjoyed their stay but felt they weren’t given an actual sea view room despite paying for it. Staff was nice but I wouldn’t rate this a dive star hotel experience. "
