"Lovely and peaceful resort with friendly and attentive staff. The food is excellent and the surroundings are beautiful. It is worth exploring the area outside the resort too as there are a few interesting shops and restaurants within 10-15 minutes walk. For non-Japanese speakers, please have patience as most of the staff have limited/no English so planning is needed when arranging restaurant reservations or booking trips. Also note that some trips appear to only accept Japanese speaking guests. In our case we just got the route maps from the village tourist office and worked our own way around Yanbaru forest. Overall, it was well worth the visit."

"Room had a fantastic ocean view with a great bath and lovely owners. They were friendly and accommodating to recommend us new places for our itinerary. The drive up to the hotel is a bit steep so make sure your car has good clearance. "

"Room was clean and loved having the washer and dryer. Did not have breakfast but lunch was decent with the half board with it. Pool was a little dirty but the views were amazing."
