“Send mail for airport shuttle service both 3 weeks ahead and 3 days ahead of arrival never got an answer, requested shuttle to airport at the end of the stay and it arrived 30 minutes late even if requested the day before, room was with "all inclusive" of beverage, snacks which was never delivered, they tried to say that the all inclusive was the breakfast even if it was mentioned separate on the confirmation from the hotel, after finally got some coffee powder for the room after day 2 the……

“It is a terrible Hotel. when I got the deal it was including breakfast and Airport shuttle service but I didn't get both. they deny me both. They are scam. The room they gave me bathroom is very bad. Mold in the shower and the toilet is moving and backup smell bad gives me headache. I don't recommend it to anyone.”
