There is no sound proof . The noise was from 10 pm to 8 am none stop , high frequency volume . We literally cant sleep the whole night . It’s the worse experience that we ever had in spite of our frequent travelling and staying in hotels

Exceptional stay at the Hyatt in Addis Ababa! The concierge staff were truly outstanding—assisting seamlessly with all of our transportation arrangements and offering excellent recommendations that made our visit so much easier and more enjoyable. The front desk team was equally impressive, accommodating an early check-in after a long journey and providing helpful suggestions for things to do and see in the city. The level of service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Addis!

Great hotel from the rooms, to the staff, to the food! I've stayed at several of the nice hotels in Addis and this is my favorite!

We stayed on the 6th floor. We had a power cut for 35 minutes! I have never stayed in a five star hotel with a power cut! My wife was in the shower when everything went dark and this was terrible experience! I have expressed my utmost unhappiness with the front desk! I wish the hotel had at least an emergency power system or something similar!

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and well organized. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very well managed. We especially appreciated the excellent service and the friendly attitude of all the staff. Our stay was truly comfortable and stress-free. We highly recommend Hyatt Regency to anyone visiting Addis Ababa and will definitely stay here again in the future.

There are so many amenities and facilities at this hotel. I didn't even get to explore most of them. I enjoyed the breakfast options, my room was clean and big, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
