「Ik ben niet opgehaald van de airport. Hotel vanaf 2 dagen voor vertrek geprobeerd te bellen, men nam telefoon niet op. In de boekingsgegevens staat het mailadres van het hotel niet. Locatie zoals aangegeven op boekingsgegevens, klopte niet, kon dus het hotel niet vinden midden in de nacht. Taxichauffeur kon ook niets vinden, het blijkt een nieuw hotel te zijn. Moest dus naar ander hotel. Kortom, alles mislukt. Heb restitutie aangevraagd bij Hotels.com.」

「They said they had free sauna and steam service but after booking they said they only have it free early in the morning. Breakfast wasn’t interesting. Customer service was poor. They don’t pick up their phones when they are called for information. Did some unnecessary questioning and said that we didn’t pay when clearly they were paid. 」

「Everything about the Emmad is great. Although a little rough around the edges it’s great value for the money. The staff it friendly and helpful. The rooms are neat and clean with lots of space. Separate kitchenette. The bed is comfortable. The restaurant has great food. Better than the Hilton. 2 km from Airport with shuttle service. 」

「The Ladies at the reception were so nice, We requested for an iron box but not available The closest at my room was smelling so bad , it was like a rotten egg A certain man working at the restaurant removed me from a couch situated outside the reception saying that it is meant for room guests and i insisted that i was a room guest but he didn't want to hear. I requested the bedding to be changed in my room but they never did, they only make the bed with the same bedding i have used for close...
