「There was a weird atmosphere and very unprofessional. I have stayed in holiday inn express for over 20 years traveling and go there for constant clean beautiful hotels but this was a 2 out of 10! Don’t stay here!」

「The suites were across the mall parking lot above the shops which was a bit weird but they were really nice. They have a kitchen and washer and dryer. Breakfast was great too.」

「Tabaco free property is awesome - pool is kept clean and has a deep area over 6ft - quick access to the beach with controlled door and outside shower to clean up. Room and bathroom are clean, and well ventilated with a ceiling fan. Could improve on a stronger AC unit.」

「I got severe bed bug bites from room 325 and had an allergic reaction from it. I told the staff and showed them the bites. The women at the desk just said sorry. I was like yah I get that but you need to treat the room. I stayed 2 days and tried to check the beds the first day but it is almost impossible with how dim the lighting is in the rooms. Darkness keeps bugs around and then to not have any kind of bed bug protection on the beds is crazy for such a high traffic place. I will be needing to...

「Great place for couples to stay. The room was smaller than the pictures made it seem. The bed was a hide-a-way pull down bed. It was pretty comfortable but not as convenient as I had expected. Kitchenette area was small but well equipped.」

「I love the courtyard in the middle, it’s great for the dogs to run around and play outside.The staff are so friendly and helpful. They are always willing to help and I am very grateful for their support. The rooms are always so clean and never see any bugs thank goodness! Very quiet and laid back property. Family and pet friendly. However the only thing that I don’t like is the pet fee of having to pay $20/day. It gets to be expensive.」

「This was a nightmare. The entire hotel is infested with cockroaches. The maid service was totally incompetent. We had to assist when and if we caught a cleaning lady and sweep our own floors and make our beds and ask multiple times for linens and bed sheets. No mops. No wiping of anything. I wanted a refund immediately but was told there was nothing we could do because we went through expedia. Tried to contact expedia and there are no humans to talk to. We paid ahead for 11 nights. 「It is my favorite spot. I come here every year. The price is more than reasonable. You are on the beach. There is a pool and a restaurant on premises. I don’t know what more you could ask for staff is very helpful and give you everything you need.」
