Please before booking this hotel read this review. Take the time to read this review. I booked this hotel for my 26th birthday. I live in New York so I drove all the way down to Florida. I found a cockroach crawling in my room multiple and not just one so I took a picture of it and killed it. I notified the hotel staff. The lady said she’ll just spray something so then I told her when is the manager coming in and she told me at nine so when the manager came in at nine, I called him and spoke to him and told him my issue he was nice enough to move my room, but I was trying to get an understanding of what he could do to help me Because it’s such an unfortunate experience he told me that he’ll have an answer for me later, so it’s hard for me to actually trust that that was gonna happen because people lie as the reviews said before that this hotel was clean and everything, but if it was clean, it would’ve not been cockroaches so that Val terrible Natalie was terrible and I don’t remember the gentleman‘s name but he said he was one of the managers the higher ups he told me well it’s Florida. You’re gonna see cockroaches trying to make it like if it wasn’t a big deal but if I wanted to see cockroaches, I would’ve stayed in New York under a bridge for free so please do not go here. I was nice enough to not tell anybody at the hotel at the time but I guarantee you if I told them they would’ve canceled their reservation immediately. Don’t waste your time. Come here save your money

Room was very clean with a beautiful view. 10/10 day and night. Direct access to beach from pool. Only con was the leaves in the jacuzzi but that’s from how windy it is being by the beach overall experience was 10/10 I’ll be back!

I loved my stay here. The ocean front room was very spacious, the view was beautiful, property was well maintained and clean, and near many restaurants and bars. The kitchen was convenient and loved having free coffee every morning. Loved the option to pay only $60 to have a beach setup (2 chairs, table, and umbrella) for the duration of my stay. Loved being right on the beach and the pool was clean and warm. Definitely coming back here in the future.

The room we were given was advertised as a beach view, but in reality it overlooked the pool, with very little privacy and no meaningful view of the beach. We were placed on the second floor, which made the situation even more disappointing. The room itself was poorly equipped and not properly maintained. There were no basic toiletry items provided, no iron available, and the fridge and stove were visibly rusted. Despite having a kitchenette, there were no cooking pots or utensils. On top of that, the TV was not functioning. We contacted the front desk multiple times to address these issues, but instead of offering solutions, we were told that we could get a refund and find another place to stay—at 6 PM, with two toddlers. There was no effort to accommodate us or resolve the problems. Overall, this was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced in Daytona Beach. Completely unacceptable service and conditions

I had an amazing stay. We decided to do a last minute beach trip. The room was huge and spacious. It came with a full sized kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the view was even better. Only downside was no breakfast but they do have an area to purchase snacks and drinks.
