The apartment was completely renovated in May 2015. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the sea and the island of La Gomera. The residential complex is well maintained and clean - the whole house is generally quiet. In the area there are supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and bus stops. The nearest beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot. In the evening you can experience unforgettable sunsets.

I'm never one to write reviews that aren't great, but it's necessary to be honest and defend the price you pay. This apartment could be much nicer or better maintained. The shower had mold on its walls, all the linens smelled awful, the towels smelled damp and very old, the pillows smelled like someone else's sweat (they need to be replaced), and the bedspread smelled like sweat. They need to replace all of that. The most important thing is that they sell air conditioning, and that's NOT true. They only provide a portable unit that helps cool the room. I felt cheated because I did need air conditioning and was paying for it in my room, which wasn't the case. Otherwise, yes, very close to the beach. The location is very good. Thank you very much.

Alles top! Man sollte allerdings keine Probleme mit Trubel und lauter Musik haben, die vom Strand hoch schallt. Dafür ist man aber auch mitten im Geschehen.

Clean & comfortable

Flat scrupulously clean, with a comfortable bed, and useful sofa bed. Apartment complex very clean with nice pools and sun loungers on site. Beach 5 mins walk away. Lots of good restaurants within a few minutes walk. We didn't need it, but the flat was listed with air con, which was not present. The area is very busy, with a 4am in the morning rubbish collection; who insists in reversing up to the complex with his reversing alarm beeping loudly. On the weekends the area can be quite noisy, but most places seemed to pack in by about midnight, though there were a flew carousers impelled to bellow unpredictably into the early hours. Pros: Nice flat & complex, right near the action and the beach. Cons: Being in the centre of the action, is not always a quiet place!

Excellent stay at this lovely apartment

This apartment is very clean and has everything you might need for your holiday. The location is good, taxi rank 3 minute walk away and beach 5 minute walk tops. Lots of shops nearby. Booking, contact and check in and out process was so easy and friendly. Thank you to Monica and her husband for showing us everything when we arrived and being flexible for timings. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was perfect for a weeks break. Location ideal , beach, restaurants , entertainment and shops all nearby. Lovely view from balcony. The apartment was spotless, modern and well equipped. Would definitely recommend and look forward to booking in the future.

Perfekter Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist wirklich top. Die Anlage ist auch sehr sauber, das Foyer und der Poolbereich werden jeden Morgen gereinigt. Wirklich super! Die Lage ist sehr zentral, es kann auch mal Bus in die Nacht laut werden. Uns hat es nicht gestört, obwohl wir eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern sind. Der Strand ist in 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, ist ein wenig steinig aber nicht überall. Es empfiehlt sich ein Auto zu mieten, um Sehenswürdigkeiten von Teneriffa zu erkunden. Teneriffa ist einzigartig und der schönste Ort auf Erden. Danke an Andrea und seine Frau. Die waren echt super!!!

Sehr schöne und bestens ausgestattete Wohnung in bester Lage und mit schönem Meerblick. Unkomplizierter und netter Empfang und ebenso das Auschecken. Parkplatz kann man dazu buchen, wir haben aber immer etwas in der Umgebung gefunden. Achtung auf Taschendiebe am Strand! Uns wurde Geld (Gott sei Dank nur 20 EUR) aus dem Rucksack geklaut der direkt neben uns stand! Unbedingt das Restaurant Royal Grill direkt um die Ecke ausprobieren, wir waren dort 4 mal, tolles Chateaubriand und kleine Preise.

Beautiful sunsets

We had a week here in March and could not fault the apartment, it is modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The apartment comes into its own in late afternoon and evening as the sun glistens off the sea culminating in spectacular sunsets over La Gomera. The apartment is situated in a very well kept residential complex in a nice quiet area but not to far from all the action.Monica and Andrea the managers are very helpful and pleasant.Our thanks to Dagmar( the owner)who we met while there.We highly recommend this apartment and will be returning next year.Dave& Sheila Williams

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit super Ausblick

Schöne neu renovierte Wohnung, genau wie beschrieben. Es war zwar kein deutscher TV Sender zu empfangen aber dank des schnellen Internet Zugangs kann man via Tablet oder Notebook auch deutsch fernsehen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch sehr günstig. Nur 5 Minuten vom Busbahnhof Guaguas gelegen. Man kann mit Buslinie 111 für 3,70 € zum Flughafen fahren und kann sich das teure Taxi sparen. Auch Restaurants und Supermärkte in direkter Nachbarschaft. 3 Minuten zum Strand. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Holiday appartment at Copacabana tenerife.

Very nice ,modern recently refurbished apartment with a balcony giving good sea views.It was idealy located being some 150 meters from the main promenade and seafront.The motorway was easily accessed meaning all parts of the island could be readily reached by car. On the downside the parking arrangements were frustrating,it was commonplace to find yourself blocked in meaning you had to resort to endless honking of the horn to get the culprit's attention. We will certainly return to this apartment and highly recommend it.

DADAS 56 er en dejlig, funktionel lejlighed, som rummer alt hvad man behøver på en ferie, både af kortere og længere varighed. Vi blev godt modtaget i en lækker lejlighed, rent og pænt overalt, og vi følte os godt hjemme og veltilpas. Lejligheden har den smukkeste udsigt til solnedgang og øen La Gomera. Om aftenen var der musik fra nærliggende restaurenter, men ikke noget der generede os. Vi vender meget gerne tilbage til denne lejlighed.

Alles super - es wurde zuviel in der Umgebung gebaut

Wir haben zehn schöne Tage in der toprenovierten Wohnung genießen dürfen. Ein kleines Manko waren jedoch die Belästigungen durch Baulärm (dafür kann der Vermieter nichts). Die Betreuung vor Ort war hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
