2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, self catering apartment, with own secure free WIFI in the apartment, in the forever popular San Eugenio area of Tenerife between Adeje and Playa De Las Americas areas. Has fabulous pool and sea view. Centrally located and 5 minute walk to the beach and the Puerto Colon Marina. Very close to San Eugenio shopping centre.

Los Geranios complex has a beautiful communal swimming pool, 24 hour reception, payphone and a launderette.

There are lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby including famous Irish Fiddler Bar and Scottish Bar Corner, and it is directly opposite the fabulous Gastro pub The Thirsty Turtle.

This apartment is situated on the first floor and can sleep 4- 5. It has an open plan kitchen / living/ dining area with fully fitted kitchen, lounge area with TV, DVD, CD player, safe, Sun Loungers and Washing machine is provided.

2 spacious bedrooms, fitted wardrobes, private double balcony offering sea view, pool view and sunshine from morning till late afternoon.

Very very disappointed in this apartment and the lack of communication from the host Nikki after sharing many images of how unclean the apartment was and also lack of sufficient/ working fans. I had to buy a tower fan the following day I arrived to try and get some relief. We had our 6 month old Grandson with us, so had no option but to buy a fan to actually make it just about cool enough to stay! We couldn't get the main ceiling fan to work at all, which I did get an initial reply from the host to say, yes she believed it hasn't been working recently? So we were left with one table top fan which was meant to keep the main bedroom , living/ kitchen area cool when temps were high 30s for the full fortnight. Heavily stained mattress covers and mattress. BLOOD stain on one pillowcase. Bottom fitted sheets that were too small to cover the mattresses so kept pinging off leaving you lying on the bare mattress. Dark stain on armchair, dirty plates/cutlery and cupboards not even wiped out. Filthy top freezer compartment of fridge, food bits and hairs in there. No blackout curtains to limit the sun's heat into the apartment, just normal curtains. I have messaged the host with all the issues and photos and have given her the opportunity to respond but have had zero contact from her. If I had had the funds I would have looked for somewhere else as soon as we arrived I slept in the small bedroom and was badly bitten through the night on my face/neck and back of leg.

Excellent location

The property was very comfortable and exactly as the description. The apartment had everything you needed.The view was great and location excellent constructive criticism would be , bath needs resealing quite mouldy round edge , and could do with a paint refresh. This has not put me off booking this apartment again.

très bien placé , belle terrasse , belle vue .pas besoin de voiture , près de tout pour ceux qui n'ont pas besoin de visiter l'ile .toujours un super climat , ça doit faire la 6ième fois à Ténérife et je reviendrais les yeux fermé dans ce complexe avec piscine , très bien entretenue.

Week in Costa Adeje

Great location close to amenities, great pool but lack of shaded area, other people were reserving loungers beneath the limited shaded canopy. Property requires redecorating, though has good facilities! Just needs a lick of paint. The property cleaning service is not cleaning thoroughly, we needed to wipe all surfaces on arrival, this is potentially not the owners fault if they only visit the property a couple of weeks each year.

We had a very comfortable stay at this apartment. It is in the perfect location for us. We did point out the NOT 'straightforward ' opening of the door in the living area and the bathroom basin slow draining. These minor issues did not stop us from enjoying our holiday. Perfect Location

Very comfortable apartment in the heart of Adeje, beautiful sea view across the pool area and very close to many different restaurants and bars with a short walk to the beach and marina but this walk is downhill so the return journey uphill is not for those with mobility issues. Communication with Nikki was excellent at all times

Balcony ok but that's where it ends Apartment faces directly into the sun No awnings and sun curtains in shreds due to age so no way to cool down the apartment It was stifling We paid for a Washing machine which was FAULYT and did NOT work throughout our stay regardless of what the owner says The washing machine taped up with silver tape and did not work 1986 beds Obviously not very clean and see through 36 years old bed linen and towels stained mattress Microwave on arrival totally rusted Complained as it was a safety hazard and had to persuade owner to replace it Kitchen cupboards taped up and wouldn't open DVD listed didn't work The whole place is badly in need of renovation and all the old stuff removed to bring it up to acceptable standards Nothing has been done since it was built Owner says they have had no complaints We fail to see how that is possible we have photo proof We don't expect a palace Just clean usable items No comfort at all in this apartment

Perfect home from home in the sun

Everything you could want from an apartment, even down to some British plugs in the bedroom. Lovely location, great balcony, perfectly placed for eating, drinking and long walks along the beachfront. Nikki was great with communications and keys etc. Definetely a place we'll return to !!
