We had a good stay apart from the weather! On sunny days we needed to travel to the beach and follow the sun as it was very cloudy and windy up high. Although the views were stunning on a clear day. The villa could do with a few more things for self catering, baking trays etc and also some more storage space for example hooks to hang things up. The oven wouldn’t stop heating up so we had to really watch it when cooking and there were lots of ants to deal with in the kitchen and downstairs hallway. Also the shower on the main bathroom was quite blocked and we had to keep turning it off as to not flood the floor. We couldn’t get the safe to work and the power cut out almost everyday but we managed to reset most of the time. The host was helpful with this, especially when we had a stormy day! Close to the supermarkets which was helpful and lovely friendly cats that we enjoyed spending time with.I would recommend if you're happy to drive and venture out and explore as we found it quite cold being so high up. Overall a lovely villa and we were grateful for the holiday.

Quiet Family Getaway

Great location if you want to be away from the crowds. The villa is clean, spacious and comfortable affording fabulous views across the Atlantic Ocean to La Gomera. The villa is located in Las Moraditas which is very quiet and around 1.5 miles (2.4 km) up the mountain from Adeje. There you will find 3 large supermarkets, restaurants and bars. A car is advisable as the road is steep and winding. Allessandro is a first class host and will promptly take care of any issues that may arise.

Good villa

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the Villa. We were a group of six adults and one child. Villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and communication between us and the owner was perfect. The location is up the mountain and you will need a car to get around. The pool and views are superb. We barbecued every night and my only advice for the Villa is to maybe get another light for the barbecue to see what you are cooking when the sun sets and get better drinking glasses. I would definitely recommend this Villa for families or friends.

Wonderful

We are a family of 5 and this villa suited our needs perfectly. We arrived late at night so couldn't see how lovely the location is until the morning. It is beautifully peaceful (just what we wanted) so it's not the place if you're looking to be on rhe beach or amongst the bars and restaurants...you'll need to drive everywhere. The villa is very clean and kitchen kitted out well for a holiday. We did lots of bbqs enjoying the view. The garden area and pool is lovely. Alessandro is a great host and his team are also very good. Pool cleaned and checked twice during week. I can't think of any negatives providing you are looking for a quiet getaway and are happy to drive to the beaches etc. If you have small children I would be wary of marble staircase but there is a stairgate at the top. We would totally recommend this villa! P.s. there is a very convenient Lidl at the bottom of the hill!

Beautiful house with incredible views

We wanted to have a relaxed holiday with 2 couples (28 to 32 years) in a nice holiday home, that we don't always have to go away, but can also relax "at home". We did have a rental car for the full 12 days and also made excursions, but the best moments we actually had in the house and on the property. We enjoyed the late afternoons the most, when you could see not only La Gomera but also El Hierro and La Palma to the side from the lounge by the pool on a clear day. In the evenings, we cooked or barbecued ourselves every evening - unlike we had planned, simply because it was so nice - and ate either on the large kitchen balcony or, when it was windier, at the seating area by the barbecue. There is not much to say about the house except: 5 stars in all categories! A small example for the communication with the owner: We had noticed at the beginning that the two outdoor lamps on the balcony were broken, so we had written to the owner and directly the next noon he came by, looked at it and more than kindly apologised for interrupting our meal and then also fixed it himself. All 4 of us have rarely experienced such a direct "it will be taken care of" before, so we would like to emphasise that in particular. For us it was an absolutely relaxing and wonderful holiday and we definitely plan to return to this house again. :-)

We enjoyed everything about the villa, just wish we had more down time to spend there! Gorgeous private Villa with epic sunsets

Stayed here with my partner and 70 year old parents in January. Was the perfect space to relax and watch the sunsets after exploring the island during the day. The house is super clean and Ale the owner is quick to respond if any questions. We will defo visit again in the future

Superb Villa

Beautiful villa in quite area

The villa was perfect for us and was even better than the photographs. It was very clean and well equipped. The owner was very responsive when contacted. Although the pool was heated it was still quite cool and maybe need to pay for the pump to be on at night in the winter months. Would thoroughly recommend this villa and will definitely book it again when we return to Tenerife.

Lovely quiet villa

Overall this was a good property but it may not suit everyone. Positives: clean, bright, well equipped, comfortable beds, good showers, private parking, quiet, fabulous outside. Less good: stairs down to bedrooms feel very steep at the top; more seating in lounge if more than 2 people; if you are not confident driving then the last 1/4 mile is a narrow and winding road.

Wonderful villa with idyllic views

We have just returned from a week staying in this beautiful villa. It was immaculately clean with one of the loveliest pool areas I've ever encountered. Stunning views from the pool and balcony. The kitchen was really well-equipped with an induction hob. It's quiet, peaceful and feels very secure with electric gates. We hired an automatic car which was a great help manoeuvring up the very steep hills to get to the property. We were very sad to leave today, and definitely hope to visit again!

This property ticked just about everything on our wish list

Two of us stayed at this property for the first week in February. The villa is immaculate and well equipped. The outside space is wonderful, two terraces on the upper level as well as the garden but our favourite spot was on the sofas by the pool. The pool was excellent, the automatic electric heater cover which we used religiously, kept the water almost warm...a rare treat for holidays out of season! The garden is lovely, landscaped with beautiful foliage and wonderful view of the sea, we had sunsets most evenings. The drive up to the villa from Adeje is a bit challenging with hairpin bends and a few blind corners. However, it is well worth it for the gloriously quiet, private and peaceful setting. We had a couple of issues due to very high winds on one night but they were sorted immediately...thank you Claudio! We would certainly like to stay there again next time we visit Tenerife.

Amazing house but……

We stayed here two years ago and loved it so much we came back again. The day before we arrived we were warned a a wall was being built between the property and the adjoining one (also owned by the same company). We had the first day and a half to enjoy the property as we remembered if from 2 years earlier -amazing. After that we had building next door from 0800-1600 daily. This main issue this caused us was builders in our garden, and also constantly at the wall facing into our garden meaning we lost our privacy. We did not feel comfortable using the pool until after they had gone each day, nor did we feel comfortable using most of the Garden, as we never knew when a face would appear above the wall. It looks to us like a house is being built between the two existing houses so I imagine the noise and lack of privacy will not just be limited to our week there. It is such a shame as it really spoilt our enjoyment of the week, and had we known in advance we would have looked for an alternative property personally (it may not bother some people but it definitely bothered us). I did flag it up at the time to the owner, but the lack of privacy continued, even after the wall was erected as the men were pouring concrete into the dividing supports/ onto the top etc all of which meant facing into the garden.

Sehr schönes Objekt in ruhiger Berglage

Das Haus liegt im Berg und man braucht einen Leihwagen. Die Ausstattung ist gut und das Haus und der Pool sind sauber. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. In kurzer Entfernung sind alle Geschäfte, die man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Genauso schnell ist man auf der Autobahn in beide Richtungen.
