Prestations de haut niveau

La maison est idéalement située au Sud de l'île, proche des commerces et de la plage et dans un lotissement très calme. L'intérieur est joliment décoré et l'extérieur pratique pour les repas et les apéros. Sabine et Pedro sont des hôtes vraiment charmants qui mettent tout en œuvre pour que les vacanciers ne manquent de rien et se sentent bien dans leur location (à noter les présents de bienvenus et le nécessaire de salle de bain, entre autres...). Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances et nous recommandons cette location sans aucune réserve.

Wonderful host/ great location

We had the best holidays staying at this house. Its location was perfect for going to various places we wanted to go. We went to Abama beach, Playa del Duque, Siam park etc and they were all very easy short drive. Also in short walking distance you can visit nearby sea for beautiful sunset view and plenty of places to eat. The supermarket nearby was very handy too. The host was amazing. The host was very communicative and kind. There were so many useful things that we could use and life there was so easy. The house had a plenty of space for 4 of us. We loved eating at the garden everyday too. Thanks you so much for hosting us!

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub auch in Zeiten von Corona

Perfektes Objekt abseits der großen Hotelburgen: Die Siedlung bringt ein wenig spanisches "Schrebergarten"-Feeling mit sich, allerdings sind die einzelnen Häuser durch Mauern und Hecken größtenteils voneinander abgeschirmt. Bis zum Meer benötigt ihr ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Um die Insel vernünftig erforschen zu können, solltet ihr jedoch UNBEDINGT einen Mietwagen einplanen! Highlights vom Haus: Der Pool (ein Traum!), die überdachte Terrasse (auf der sich bis spät nachts sitzen lässt), die überdachten Liegen am Pool, die Wäschespindel (Wäsche und Handtücher sind binnen kürzester Zeit trocken), und der wirklich große Kühlschrank. Selbstversorger werden hier glücklich. Toll: Handtücher, Schirme und viele weitere Dinge sind bereits vor Ort und MÜSSEN NICHT mitgebracht werden. Das erleichtert die Anreise vor allem mit Kindern ungemein. Apropos Anreise: Parkplätze sind vor Ort reichlich vorhanden. Da niemand hier in den Kommentaren nur Positives lesen will auch ein paar Minuspunkte (die allerdings keinen Einfluss auf unsere Wertung und unseren Eindruck nehmen): Die Dusche ist ein wenig "klein": Große Leute weichen alternativ ins "andere" Badezimmer um. Ausgerechnet das Elternzimmer (mit eigenem Bad) wird gerne mal sehr warm - da jubelt man über jeden noch so kleinen Luftzug. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Das Elternbett ist nicht sonderlich groß - wenn dann noch ein Kind mit "rein will" wird's wirklich eng :-D Die Vermieterin stand uns jederzeit hilfreich zur Seite und wohnt bereits seit zig Jahren auf Teneriffa: Wer vor Ort Fragen haben sollte, findet bei ihr immer eine helfende Hand. Also - insbesondere für den Preis: Alle Daumen hoch! Perfekt für Selbstversorger-Familien auf "Budget"-Suche.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit netter Vermieterin

Wer ein ruhiges Domizil sucht, ist in dem netten Ort Callao Salvaje im Südwesten der Insel gut aufgehoben. Weitab vom Massentourismus haben wir in dem gemütlichen und sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Haus von Sabine im März wunderschöne sonnige Tage verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die nette Vermieterin hat uns viel über die Insel erzählt und uns wertvolle Tips gegeben. Alles in Allem hat uns der Aufenthalt super gut gefallen und wir können diese Unterkunft bestens weiterempfehlen.

Ruhiger Ort an der Westküste.

Wunderschöne, entspannte Ferien :)

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub auf Teneriffa in diesem sehr schönen Haus. Es ist sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch die Außenanlage und der Pool sind sehr ansprechend und wurden sehr gern von uns genutzt. Zur Gastgeberin war ein sehr netter Kontakt, sie ist stets für ihre Gäste da. Uns hat Alles super gut gefallen und wir können diese Unterkunft vorbehaltlos empfehlen. Sehr gerne kommen wir noch mal wieder. Von uns gibt es 5 Sterne Plus!

Lovely apartment in a very peaceful location.

Great place to stay lovely location quiet but still plenty of places to walk to for food and drinks.. Sabrina was so helpful with check in and check out and made us feel so welcome.. The only down side was we didn't stay longer and 3 days there.

Ruhiges und schönes Domizil

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abfahrt war alles stimmig und toll. Sabine hat sich perfekt um alle Belange gekümmert und uns immer ein gutes Gefühl gegeben. Ein Wunsch an Folgegäste, die Katzenliebhaber sind: Bitte die streunenden Katzen nicht füttern. Drei Nächte hatten wir "Spaß" mit Katzen, die vor unserer Türe jaulten. Und mit Katzenallergie ist das eher total nervig. Nach drei Tagen hatten die Tierchen gemerkt, dass bei uns nix zu holen war und waren auch nicht mehr gesehen.

Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Einziges Minus das zu kleine Doppelbett. 1.40 breit - für 2 Erwachsene im Rentenalter viel zu schmal. Die Reinigungskosten von € 100 sind viel zu hoch.

A lovely place to stay

A perfect spot for a break, everything you need is provided and the hostess is a lovely lady who couldn't do enough to ensure that our stay went well. Very handy location just a short walk from the main area, but quiet enough to relax with no disturbances. Definitely a place that we would use again.

Wunderschönes Haus

Eine wunderschönes Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko das keine Klimaanlage vorhanden war. Wenn wieder Teneriffa nur im Frühjahr oder Herbst und gerne wieder in diesem Haus.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Domizil

Alles war perfekt. Im Sommer wünschte ich mir eine Klimaanlage! Nur 5 Minuten (zu Fuß!) zum Strand und zu Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Sabine war sehr hilfsbereit. Alles hat bestens geklappt. Im Frühjahr oder Herbst immer wieder.

Wunderbar ruhig und erholsam!

Wir haben uns im Haus total wohl gefühlt, es war alles da, was da Herz begehrt, und die Abende mit Sonne auf der Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Schön, dass alles (Läden, Restaurants, Strand) fußläufig ist. Die Ruhe war wunderbar, ein richtig gemütliches Ferienhaus für meine Kinder.

Sehr schönes, super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Wir verbrachten 12 schöne Tage mit unseren beiden Kindern (2 Jungs von 6 und 9 Jahren) in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Übergabe verlief optimal, die Ausstattung war überdurchschnittlich und die Lage optimal zum Erkunden der Insel. Die Vermieterin bot immer ihre Hilfe an. Zu beanstanden gab es nichts. Vielen Dank nochmal!
