Apartment very poorly maintained

On arrival gate handle to property was broken not a good first impression. Once inside we found the following- jammed wardrobe door couldn’t use the wardrobe in front bedroom; blind broken; tile and shower sealant in en suite mouldy and disgusting; two glass shelves loose couldn’t use; cracks in each room paint and plaster falling off; no English speaking channels; we did alert the owner at the time as we were so disappointed this is not a ‘luxury’ apartment. However the complex is well maintained great pool bar with good food and friendly staff Pool area spotless and lots of sunbeds. I would recommend the complex but not this apartment it really needs to be upgraded.

Summer fun

The complex is lovely and the food at the pool restaurant is fantastic. Irene looked after us so well and the location of the apartment is really good. The apartment has everything you need however it could do with refreshing up, mainly with the beds they are very very flimsy and incredibly squeaky which didn’t always make for the best nights sleep. However I would definitely come back here.

Un endroit magnifique très propre et vraiment sécurisé.

Quelques petites choses manquaient, Les cascades aux piscines et dans l'appartement, le grille pain ne fonctionne pas ,pas de tire bouchons la grille du four pas adaptée donc inutilisable, seulement 2 bols pour 6 personnes plat pour four minuscule ,pas de chaînes françaises et la télé dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Ns ns sommes adaptés mais c dommage

In der ersten Woche waren sehr nette andere Gäste da. In der zweiten Woche war nur noch "Randale" am Pool, Betrunkene mit Glasflaschen (!), die sich an keinerlei Regeln gehalten haben, insbesondere nicht an COVID Regeln. Geschrei von morgens bis abends. Wir sind dann vorzeitig abgereist. Fazit: Es ist Zufall wer gerade da ist. Die Wohnungen werden einzeln vermietet, kein "sichtbares" Management der Gesamtanlage.

Paradise

The acc was great just what we wanted. Everything worked and the acc was spotless considering the island had just been hit by a massive sand storm 48hrs prior to our arrival. The pool bar/ restaurant is a hidden gem .The staff and food were excellent. We will be returning again .
