Great villa and location

A lovely villa, well equipped and clean, nice pool and plenty of loungers. AC where needed and a lovely balcony to the master bedroom as well. Good location 20 minutes from Tenerife South airport, secure parking below the property too. Great communication and response from the agents too.

Beautiful villa! Fantastic sun deck with great pool. Lovely landscaped garden.

Excellent family holiday. So good, I waited until I had rebooked for next year prior to posting review. Ilaria and Samilt provided first class advice and assistance. Walked to restaurant at night and local taxi home. Used internet shopping service for food supplies. Used quality gas bbq when we decided to have dinner at villa. Looking forward to next year!

What’s great about this villa?Location, villa size, heated pool, host communication and help. Simply the best located villa we’ve been to in the last few years - beautiful view to the sea, 5 mins drive from supermarkets, shops and lovely restaurants. 8 mins to the exuberance of Playa el Duque or 15 mins drive to the carnage of Playa de las Americas. The pool was a lovely temperature, the house was light and spacious, the main bedrooms were good (albeit with small beds!) and the aircon (again, in the main bedrooms) worked very well. What’s not great?The 4th bedroom in the basement is not the best, and doesn’t fit the description “great for children”. It has no windows, no proper aircon, and no WiFi or phone signal; it is separated from the rest of the house down a flight of stairs. That said, if you don’t need the downstairs bedroom then this place is perfect and even with this challenge we’d be very happy to come here again, as everything else outweighs this only negative.

heated pool was great. Inside not really 4 bedrooms one in basement no windows

I couldn’t come back here because the 4th bedroom had no windows ,was in basement, stank of urine from portable toilet being used by workmen at the property and is a carbon monoxide/ fire risk for certain For 6700 euros I think I would have expected a welcome pack of groceries etc but nothing provided. I have a 5 bedroom house in France that I let out for lower price than this villa, I provide a welcome pack - it costs so little and is worth so much to customers arriving late or with small children like us. Please pass this comment back to the owners/rental company

Sehr schönes Haus mit wundervollem Meerblick

Das moderne Reiheneckhaus ist ruhig gelegen mit einem schönen Garten und angenehm temperierten Pool. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Nachteilig sind die eher kleinen Doppelbetten. Das Zimmer im Keller ist ohne Tageslicht. Der Kontakt zur Hausverwaltung ist schierig. Auf Anfragen wurde mit Ausnahme von Anfang nicht geantwortet. Der defekte Sonnenschirm daher auch nicht ersetzt.

Lovely Villa

Lovely villa in a quiet spot outside of La Caleta (20 mins walk). Lovely space and views of the sea. Villa needs a bit of TLC - floors were very dirty, glass wall behind the pool needs cleaning so you can appreciate the views - but in general it was a lovely villa.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Toller Garten mit einem sehr schönen Pool.

Ein wirklich schöne Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Vom Pool /Garten hat man einen schönen Blick zum Meer. Allerdings braucht man bei der Lage ein Mietwagen, da Geschäfte, Restaurants und Strände nicht fußläufig erreichbar sind. Die gute Küchenausstattung und der Grill ermöglichen auch eine gute Selbstversorgung. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.

Schönes Haus mit wunderbarer Sicht

Sind schon seit 10 Jahren immer 2 Monate auf Teneriffa , mit wechselnden guten Häusern und mit ein bisschen spanischer Toleranz. Mängel werden schnellstens beseitigt. Sind 2021 wieder da.

Location calm, though lots of construction works in adjacent houses, reasonably clean, little worn out, manager response slow, some issues with water drainage, should be at least basic pack (salt, sugar, water,etc) for newcomers - costs A dozen of euros, but adds a lot to the welcome, plus there should be info on type of coffee machine, etc so that it can be bought in advance although some caplets could help for the first morning. Reasonable thing, just a little care would help a lot

The property was very nice but if arriving late will need to ask for provisions to be left which is an option. We enjoyed our stay but was very disappointed that the pool was NOT HEATED as promised. given the inclement weather I think this was a necessity. You will need to take your own beach towels.

Wir hatten eine kurze aber schöne Zeit im Haus von Ilaria. Check in mit Samilt lief perfekt. Tolles Haus, top Blick auf die Küste. Ein nettes Dörfchen La-Caleta ca. 5 min mit Auto entfernt. Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette belle villa. Le lieu et les équipements correspondent parfaitement à la description de la villa sur le site Abritel. Notre interlocutrice, Ilaria, a répondu rapidement à nos quelques sollicitations pendant nos vacances. Petit bémol, des travaux de construction de villas à proximité, nous ont un peu gênés, mais cela ne devrait pas durer. Une suggestion d'amelioration : mettre à disposition pour les vacanciers, suffisamment de produits ménagers pour la durée de la réservation.

Belle location

La maison correspond parfaitement à la description faite sur le site. Elle est gérée de main de maître par Ilaria et Samilt, très réactifs quand on leur signale un problème. Nous avons apprécié la disposition de la maison, sa propreté irréprochable et son emplacement (Elle est située dans une zone relativement peu construite par rapport à ce qui existe sur Tenerife mais de nombreuses constructions sont actuellement en cours autour...).

Perfect Villa for 2 families with kids!

We loved our stay at this beutifuly located Villa. We were 4 adults and 4 kids between the age of 3-7 (from Sweden). There is a small town (Caleta) nearby with great restaurants which is realy nice to visit. You could walk but with small children I would recommened a car. There is also a good grocery store a 5min drive away. A realy nice beach (and place) is Playa del Duque a 10min drive away. Iliara and Samilt (janitor) was realy helpful and always answers fast. We would highly recommened this place and maybe return one day. Thank for everything! Regards /Anders with family and friends

Great villa with excellent facilities, and views.

This is a very fine spacious property ideal for family groups or friends, close to all the amenities one wants on holiday. Being away from the crowds is why one chooses this high quality and not inexpensive property. The downside is the building works going on around it, and the related noise and traffic. Road parking isn’t always easy and there is the danger of a passing blow from a dumper truck or lorry (the access barrier to the underground parking didn’t function). There are no basic rations provided on arrival i.e. milk, tea, salt/pepper, coffee so either bring you own or a good shop on the way from the airport is a must - not easy if you are on a late flight. The pool,with its sun loungers, is fabulous. La Caleta, a 5 minute drive away, has good restaurants which are popular so early arrival is recommended (table booking doesn’t always work!).

schöne Villa mit traumhafter Aussicht

Ein wunderschöner Garten mit Palmen, Kunstrasen (keine schmutzigen Füße, keine Krabbeltiere) und jeder Menge Liege- und Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse; ein großer, beheizter Pool und diese Aussicht - vor allem Nachts, wenn die ganze Küste leuchtet ! Das waren unsere Gründe dieses Haus zu buchen und wir haben es Tag und Nacht genossen. Viel Platz auch im Wohnzimmer und in der offenen Küche . Nett eingerichtet, Küche gut ausgestattet. Ein paar Gebrauchsspuren an der Einrichtung haben uns nicht weiter gestört. Die zwei großen Doppelzimmer waren sehr schön, bequem und geräumig. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer waren leider recht dunkel, aber unsere Kinder haben auch hier sehr gut geschlafen - im UG hat sich unser großer Sohn gefreut viel Platz und sogar ein eigenes Bad für sich allein zu haben. Samilt war sehr freundlich, immer gleich zur Stelle und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und würde auch gerne wieder kommen. Thank you, Ilaria for your friendly obligingness and the wonderful week in your Villa ! We hope to come again !
