Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this modern and comfortable apartment in Playa de Las Américas. Located in a quiet residential complex, this accommodation features a terrace and a shared garden where you can enjoy the sun and sea breeze.



The apartment has a practical layout, with a room with a double bed and two single beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. The American kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and kitchen utensils, which will allow you to prepare your own meals.



Additionally, the apartment has air conditioning, WiFi, and satellite television, so you can stay comfortable and entertained during your stay.



The location is unbeatable, just 450 meters from Bobo Beach and a short distance from other popular beaches such as Troya Beach, La Pinta Beach, and Torviscas Beach. You also have the Teide National Park and other natural parks nearby to enjoy nature.



In the vicinity, you will find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops, everything necessary to have a complete and relaxing vacation.



A deposit of 200 € in cash will be required for possible breakages. This will be returned at the time of departure, once the apartment has been inspected and it is verified that everything is in perfect condition.

Day before i was due to arrive (fri 7th nov 2025) got a message from apartment host to say the apartment had had a burst pipe and they wouldn't be able to repair it in time for my stay.I was promised a full refund but as of today Tues 18th Nov i still haven't received any refund.
