The host provided for us everything we needed and it was very accommodating, personally we haven't used the pool but it was great for added view. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and the house was comfortable for all of us. Ideally, would've appreciated some toiletries (like shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom) and also some plans or decorations in the living room. Otherwise, everything was great. Parking can be easily found on the same street.

Dårlig service

OK indretning og beliggenheden er fin. Stille og rolig område, nemt at parkere. Lejligheden bærer præg af ualmindelig dårlig vedligeholdelse. Den er beskrevet med tre badeværelser, det er der ikke, der er to og et toilet. Rigtig mange småting som er utrolig irriterende. I alt var syv pærer sprunget. Køkken ting er ikke suppleret. Ok køl og frys, ovnen pæn og ren, men ingen plader og fade. En parasol som var så gammel og mør at den var revnet.To solsenge som var stive af års skidt. Det tog en dag at gøre dem rene. Carla påstår at vi under check-in af lejligheden skulle gøre opmærksom på det som ikke var OK! Det er så det hurtigste check-in vi nogensinde har været med til (har rejst i 30 år 3 gange om året) Det eneste der skete var at hun tog kopi af vores pas og så var hun væk. Telefon nummeret var blokeret, så vi havde ingen mulighed for at få fat i firmaet Aqua Vista Tenerife. Da vi endelig fik kontakt var de alt andet end service mindet. De fastholdt at der ikke stod noget om en parasol. Vi fik en efter en uge. Solsenge var der ved poolen, så det måtte være nok til os, hvis de ikke var brugbare dem der var der. Vi skulle være der i 18 dage. Der var et håndklæde pr. Mand + et til hver toilet. Ingen rent sengetøj. Ingen tøjsnor og klemmer. Det ene bad var direkte ulækker, det samme var emhætten. Ingen ekstra puder tæpper og lignende. Man følte sig meget lidt velkommen. Vi har ualmindelig gode billeder af vores påstande.
