“I'll start by saying that our expectations were far exceeded. Admittedly, as a US based traveling couple, we had never heard of Royal Garden Villas previously and simply found this property through the use of AI and comparisons to Bali. Once we arrived, we were delighted with our reception and check-in process, the first walk through of the room and exterior patio were better than any pictures on the internet, and we kept it simple our first night and ordered room service. Our first……

“Everything was good except that the food at lunch does not have much selection.”

“Amazing, there's even a gigantic swimming pool”

“The location is excellent for tourist. Clean and tidy. Room allocated up to our expectation with excellent breakfast. Staff are helpful and efficiency. ”

“Guilla from reception was so welcoming she went above and more to make us feel special which was a great first impression our room was clean and had everything we needed we did spot a cockroach on the balcony which didn’t bother me as it was outside but my wife was worried we called reception and soon after a gentleman arrived at the door sprayed the balcony and the doors never seen any insects after that”

“210euro for this hotel is unacceptable. Small bed bad service rude manners!”

“Friendly staff who were happy to help. Bar staff remembered people and their drinks. Variety of food selection on offer. Lots of sun loungers on offer although the hotel can block the sun occasionally. The room was fine, clean and spacious. Room and general internal areas of the hotel looked slightly old / outdated however no complaints. Only one issue was in the final morning before checking out, there was a fairly large leak coming from the ceiling above the shower, this didn’t affect me as……

“We planned to stay here for 2 weeks but moved out after one night. We were told that the pools that are shown in the pictures were not accessible by us. Others were using the pools, but there was a locked fence between our units location and the pools. It seems the pools were closed for the units use for a while, and we were not informed about this...and the photos seem to indicate that the pools were available. Please note that there is no air conditioning. We were told to keep the windows……
