Welcome to my cozy apartment! This is a two-bedroom apartment that can accommodate 2-4 people.
The apartment is located in the CBD near Chinatown. You can walk or take the free bus nearby, making it very convenient to go anywhere in Adelaide. Only a 5-minute walk to Chinatown with a large range of fantastic restaurants.
Free access to Level 6 Swimming Pool, SPA, Sauna, and Steamroom.
A swimming pool and sauna are available from Monday to Thursday!

Welcome to this cosy 2-bedroom apartment, perfect for 2–4 guests. Located in the CBD near Chinatown, it’s easy to walk or take the free city bus to anywhere in Adelaide. You’ll be just 5 minutes from Chinatown, home to countless fantastic restaurants.
Enjoy free access to Level 6 facilities, including the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
Please note: The pool and sauna are available Monday to Thursday only.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment and the public facilities (swimming pool) at Level 6.
* Please kindly notice: the public facilities might be unavailable due to unexpected or scheduled maintenance that is organized by the building manager. As your host, I don't receive timely notifications or updates from the building manager.

- Plenty of prepaid 2 hours on-street parking places right in front of the building
-A small unlimited paid parking is only 30 metres from the main entrance of the building

-The bus station is just 10 meters far from the apartment
-If you want to take a taxi or Uber, it is always easy to stop in front of the building entrance

Other Things to Note:
Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.
Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.
Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.
Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.
Baby Equipment: Cots, high chairs, and baby baths are available upon request for $20 per item. Please let us know when you make your booking. Note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to provide these items if stocks are depleted.
Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.
Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
