New property so room hardware in very good condition. However, house keeping not doing enough: (1) Safe in room was locked by previous guest, after raising the issue to front desk, nobody came to unlock it for 2 days. Full marks for facilities, location & staff

Very comfortable stay in a one bedroom, non-serviced apartment for five nights. Great room amenities with fully equipped kitchen including a full size fridge, microwave, coffee pod machine and plenty of plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. The separate laundry room provided the essentials. The modern bathroom was clean with a rainfall shower head. The sitting area had plenty of space for two people though an armchair in addition to the two seater couch would have been appreciated. Other facilities included a good sized dining table and a useful desk in the living area. Importantly the king size bed was extremely comfortable and the excellent climate control provided the right temperature setting for comfortable sleeping. The bedroom had plenty of space, good lighting and a double wardrobe with shelving. There was plenty of natural light though this is not an apartment with a view - it looks directly out to another apartment building! The location worked well for us - easy walking distance to Adelaide Central Market and Chinatown and a bit longer walk to Rundle Mall. There are plenty of public transport options nearby and we found the bus service excellent for trips within the city and longer trips to suburbs in the north and the south. The well stocked, bright, well organised IGA next door was really convenient. Communication with the hotel was excellent, late night checkin quick and easy and the building security great. Staff were professional, efficient, friendly & cheerful.

The room we were given had a terrible odor. It smelt like sewage in every corner of the room. Staff was not very accommodating and had to insist on having our room changed. The condition of the apartment was also subpar with floorboard peeling and just a general need for maintenance. The room felt dated and overpriced for what we received.

Stayed for a few nights with my partner on our trip to Adelaide. Room was very large and spacious! Unfortunately we didn't have much of a view, but it was nice to have a balcony to eat breakfast on in the mornings. Staff were great and very helpful. Location was fine for us as I am from Adelaide originally and know my way around, but it could feel a bit spaced out for someone who has never been to Adelaide before. Pool was great, gym was great, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
