The Space:

This modern 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD offers a bright, open-plan living and dining area designed for comfort and relaxation, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony showcasing amazing city views.



The bedroom is well-proportioned with built-in wardrobes and carpeted floors, while the living area features timber flooring. The fully equipped kitchen includes stone benchtops, a gas cooktop, dishwasher, and essential appliances for everyday meals.



The apartment also has one contemporary bathroom, internal laundry facilities, split-system air conditioning, ample storage, and secure access via a luxury lobby.



Perfectly positioned, the apartment is just a short walk to Rundle Street, Rundle Mall, the North Terrace cultural precinct, Adelaide Central Market, and Adelaide Oval, giving you easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment in the vibrant heart of the city.

Other Things to Note:

Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.



Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.



Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.



Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.



Baby Equipment: Cots, high chairs, and baby baths are available upon request for $20 per item. Please let us know when you make your booking. Note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to provide these items if stocks are depleted.



Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.



Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.

An ideal base from which to explore Adelaide

This modern apartment up in the sky was a perfect base for us when visiting Adelaide. It was smartly furnished and having a balcony with room to sit was a real bonus. If I have one negative comment to make it would be that although the kitchen was a generous size, it was not very well equipped if one wished to self-cater.
