The kitchen connects seamlessly to the living space and is well sized for everyday cooking, with ample bench space, modern appliances and a bar-height dining table for casual meals, morning coffee or shared dinners.
Both bedrooms are simply styled for rest and comfort. The primary bedroom features a king bed with soft linens, ceiling fan, bedside lighting and storage, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and ceiling fan—well suited to couples or friends travelling together. The bathroom is clean and functional with a shower, vanity and toilet, complemented by provided hair and body amenities. An internal laundry with washer and dryer adds practical convenience.
The apartment is located on the second floor and accessed via a short flight of stairs. Off-street parking is not available onsite.
A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
