The message regarding key pickup was only in German, so I couldn't understand it. I considered using a translation app, but I thought it would be faster to ask the man who had just stepped out of a yellow Corvette marked "Speedy's B&B" nearby; however, his attitude was extremely dismissive, which I found unpleasant. While……

“The room is big and clean but the facility is starting to show its age. Theres no power outlet close to the bed so it wasn't possible to charge phones and stuff beside the bed. No A/C and no fans made it impossible to sleep during the heatwave. The hotel decided some guests get to have fans and others don't, and obviously I didn't get a fan. They stopped supplying cold bottled water in the lobby around dinner time so I ended up having to buy a bottle for 7.5 EUR from the bar just to have……

"The hotel is 15mins walk from train station but at the center of the altstadt. It has a small staircase at the front door, but it has elevator inside so very convenient overall. Basically you can go everywhere you need within 5-15mins walk. It actually has a sauna you can use once you reserve with the hotel staff. German style breakfast was nice. View from the window is 100% excellent if you are located on the high floors. No air-con though only fans in the room in summer."
