Staff were happy, kind, knowledgeable and happy to help with restaurant recommendations and travel options e.g. when we wanted to visit Venice for the day. The staff at breakfast were also great. "This place is made great by the smiling, warm staff! Absolutely everyone was gracious and went out of their way to be welcoming, helpul and kind - truly! A particular shout out to the friendly wait staff at the restaurants, the fabulous (stop you in the hallway to ask if you need more towels) housekeepers and the always helpful and interested front desk. Place is pretty spotless and I loved the palm-like trees --feels like a tropical resort Italian style. Thank you to everyone at the Abano Grand Hotel!"

"A really excellent hotel with added benefits of swimming pool, spa teatments available that unfortunately we weren't able to make use of because of our own schedule. Nor did we try the evening meal but if the breakfast was anything to go by that too would have been excellent. Lovely large room with balcony, immaculate bath and shower. And there is a type 2 car charger. Great hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay."

"Whilst the accomodation (mobile home) smelt clean on arrival and is relatively new compared to other units we experienced bed bugs/flea bites. The video online is not a true likeness of the site. It is very run down and the overall facilities are very old. The majority of staff were very friendly but this is not a 4 star site. It is closer to 2 stars."
