「Great place - just as described!!!!」

「Everything was clean and tidy. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. 」

「Everything was great, able to check in early. Clean, perfect little place. Beds need to be updated, mattress topper or new mattress would help. Couch is more comfy than the bed. Aside from the extra fries left in stove that we didn't order everything was fine. Would definitely come back. Great spot 3 min from downtown.」

「This one room cozy house is perfect for a weekend in Adrian. Convenient location, easy access, suitable and efficient compared to local hotel options. The pictures of listing are accurate to the setting offerings. Queen bed is soft but comfortable, bring your own pillows! A/C window units were excellent at keeping the summer heat outside and the shower is nice. Host communicates timely and was easy to work with.」

「There is plenty of outdoor space, an awesome game room and plenty of room to host a large family gathering. We hosted a family reunion and there was plenty of space to spread out.」

「Great place and host was very responsive! Definitely will stay here again!」

「Property was very clean and people very friendly! Property is located near downtown restaurants and grocery across the street. A really nice walking trail is right behind the back of building- goes along a creek and can see lots of deer. Location is convenient to many places within 15 minutes. Breakfast is ok- eggs, bacon or sausage, cereal, muffins and bagels and waffles- descent average hotel breakfast. Highly recommend location!」
