Great house for our visit
We needed a place to stay for an event in the area and this house worked out great. Overall, plenty of space, house was clean and beds were comfortable. Definitely an older home, but updated enough to be comfortable.

There was no dish washer so some of the dishes were dirty in the cupboards. The floors were not very clean. The bedding smelled like cigarette smoke.

Awesome house with lots of room, close to some good eats
Stayed here for a little winter get away, beautiful house with lots of room to spread out ( if you are bringing friends or kids ) there is a cute convenience store only a couple hundred feet away, and during the summer you could walk to JR's steak house, very nice little place with very interesting bar... try and gues what it used to be! tha property manager answered all our questoinns, check in was a breeze and they even returned a T-shirt i forgot there! super nice! All in All we had a great stay!

Bridesmaids in Town for Wedding
This property was perfect for what we needed. Myself and two of my best friends were standing up in our friends wedding but we're all from out of town and needed to be in the area by Thursday for when events started. Renting the property worked so much better than each of us getting a hotel room. It allowed for us to come and go as needed but also allow for the significant others to hang back. One of them was able to work remotely on Friday while also relaxing. We had the space for the 5 of us to just relax, store our stuff in the fridge and cook if needed. We'll definitely try to rent this property again if the whole group is ever needed in town again for a longer period of time.

Our son goes to Adrian College and plays football and this was so convenient.
The house is older but everything inside and outside up to date. This house was very comfortable and lots of room. The owners are very nice. We definitely will stay again.

Cute Old Home
We give it 3.5 stars. The owners were very friendly and obviously care about their guests being comfortable. The house was very clean. It all depends on what you are looking for in a rental. This is an old home with old home charm and character. The owners are remodeling, furnishings are new and the upstairs has new carpet (no animal smell at all). Google earth images may be helpful for the neighborhood. The kitchen has a gas stove (nice!) And the refrigerator works but is vintage. Beds and linens were clean and comfy. This is a pet friendly rental (does not smell like pets but consider any allergens in the vents).

Plenty of room, but needs new carpet
House had plenty of room for the 9 of us. We arrived around 9:30pm and left around 9:00am. Beds were clean and the house had everything we needed. It was difficult to sleep upstairs because the carpet upstairs smelled like cat or dog pee.
