"The only issues were: The shower had NO water pressure and very weak spray. It took forever to get showered and left the shower floor slick because it wasn’t strong enough to wash the soap away quickly. The pillows were horrible…small and thin. The last was the fold out door safety stop was useless. The door would just push right by it as the screws weren’t holding anything basically."

"We stayed 2 nights, no hot breakfast on the morning of the weekday we stayed there so very minimal options for someone that doesn’t eat waffles. Breakfast on weekend was great. Used the pool pretty warm. Had a king bed with a single pull out couch and worked great for our family of 3. Will stay again next time we are in town"

"Where do I even begin? This hotel is nothing short of a masterpiece! From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt as though I had entered a world of pure luxury, elegance, and perfection. Every square inch of this magnificent establishment radiates excellence. The rooms are breathtaking, the beds feel like sleeping on clouds handcrafted by angels, and the atmosphere is so spectacular that I genuinely questioned whether I had accidentally checked into paradise. I’ve stayed in hotels before, but this place makes every other hotel look like a roadside shed! The staff deserve their own standing ovation, a national holiday in their honour, and possibly a monument erected in the lobby. Never in my life have I encountered such extraordinary hospitality! Every smile was warmer than the sun, every interaction was an absolute delight, and every request was handled with the precision of a world-class orchestra. The cleanliness was beyond immaculate. I’m convinced that even the dust particles are afraid to enter this building! Everything was so wonderfully maintained that I almost felt guilty touching anything. If hospitality were an Olympic sport, this hotel would win every gold medal and then be asked to retire because the competition simply wasn’t fair. To call this hotel outstanding would be the understatement of the century. Five stars? Please! Five stars are an insult to an establishment of this calibre!"

"Nice hotel but road noise (next to highway) kept me up. This hotel is about 15 min drive to downtown Ann Arbor/U Michigan central campus. Otherwise staff was great, hotel clean and modern, and easy parking."

"Front Desk went above and beyond to locate a cart for us to use for our luggage, etc. Breakfast items were hot and ready to go! The only room that was questionable was the bathroom. Shower, tub and shower curtain looked unclean. The exhaust fan was making loud klanking sound. The ceiling in the bathroom needs patching work and paint done."
