The best about the property though was the kindness of the owner Yiannis. He is so personable, caring, and generous with his time. The location is incredibly convenient: it’s next to the ferry port, the docks from which most of the daily boat tours depart, tons of car rentals, pharmacies and grocery stores, and a bunch of cute restaurants. "Everything was great with our stay besides the fact that as soon as you step out of your room, it smells like urine. There are a lot of stray cats and some dogs on the property so anywhere outdoors smells like urine. Besides that, everything else was great. We loved having direct access to the Santa Maria Beach. Although, you do have to pay at least €50 for a sunbed, even if you are staying at the property."

"The place was really good the staff was wonderful. Except for one person, the blonde hair lady that does the breakfast, she's not that approachable and nice. Very neat and clean. And you're very close to a supermarket which is also a plus!! The music in the pool area in the later part of the day is not as thrilling. It's sade type of music for about 3 or 4 hours"

"This is a one of a kind experience!! Trust me from someone who goes on 20 to 25 vacations a year around the world and has stayed at some insane properties this is definitely a must. The staff is just incredible and I usually skip the free breakfast at my hotels but this is so fresh and tasty I seriously have nothing bad to say if u want a very quiet secluded vacation."
