"We love all the Citizen M hotels. This was perfect distance to the venue we attended plus walking distance to a lot of other near by attractions. The biggest problem is there is no grocery/convenient stores near by to buy anything plus the property as very little as far as if you need snacks or supplies. I would suggest you hit a store while you’re out and about. Keep in mind there are no fridges in the room so a small cooler worked for us. Other than that it was a great place to stay. All the employees were super nice and helpful!!!! "
"We stayed at La Hacienta for one evening and it was great! We were in the city for a concert and the motel was fairly close to Lumen Field. The staff were fabulous & very understanding. The facilities are a little dated so an upgrade would truly help this small motel thrive. Overall, thankful for a clean, safe space to rest after a long day. Thank you! "
"This hotel has everything you need! The location is perfect to walk to so many things or take a train. The beds and pillows are comfy. I thought there would be a lot of noise but it was very quiet in my room.
I wish the coffee shop opened a little earlier (I am an early bird when exploring a new city) but they have a Keurig and good coffee in room, and—just an aside—I wish hotels would just go back to cleaning up your room without having to ask. I’m fine reusing towels but I miss the days when they would just freshen up rooms, take out trash, make beds.
It’s part of why it’s fun to stay in a hotel. But I also know it’s more eco friendly and cost effective and makes hotels more affordable.
This is a great place to stay though! They happily stored our luggage too. Would stay here again!
Thank you! "

"The house is in a highly convenient location with easy access to transportation, shops, etc, though the neighborhood and property itself are less desirable. The house rents the upstairs and downstairs separately. The first night a man banged on the door for over an hour saying let him in because he booked the rental. Owner finally showed up and man left. The thermostat cannot be adjusted. You must contact the owner anytime you want changes to the temperature. While the owner was responsive to changes it was inconvenient to have to reach out for every temperature change. While this property listing says 4 bathrooms they are tiny. Only one normal size bathroom. The others are the size of a cruise ship as the closets were removed to create bathrooms. No adult can comfortably take showers in them. The walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything through the wall. Some beds/pillows and rooms are better than others. The additional linens and blankets did not all seem to be clean only some. The trash was not taken out and was full upon arrival and never emptied during one week stay. Not sure if that was the reason for the infestation of ants in the kitchen and front porch. There were hundreds of them. We also had to buy our own toilet paper and paper towels for the kitchen. There were no dish rags only two kitchen towels.I would not recommend staying here. The listing made it look much better than what you get and everything provided was bare minimum, if that."
