Charming 3-bedroom waterfront home on Monkey Island next to Shangri La Resort. Sitting on a private 1 acre lot with plenty of room and privacy. Beautifully appointed with everything you need for a family vacation or a quick weekend of golf. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a cozy living room and modern kitchen. Outside you will enjoy the spacious 1 acre lot site with over 120' of waterfront in a beautiful protected cove. There is a dock with a private guest slip (10' x 24'). Enjoy the large covered deck with outdoor dining, grill and 8-person hot tub.

A 4-person golf cart is provided complimentary during your stay to access all that Monkey Island and Shangri La have to offer. Many restaurants are accessible by golf cart including many popular ones at Shangri La resort.

Master Bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and ensuite shared bathroom.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed with an additional twin loft bunk and ensuite shared bathroom.
The living room couch is a large sectional which is both new, comfortable and extremely large.
The kitchen includes all of the basics one might need for the trip.
Filled additional propane tanks are stored in our garage.
40W fast charging outlet is provided in our garage for guests with an electric car. This charger generally provides a full charge overnight (7-12 hours depending on the vehicle in general). This is a Nema 14-50 receptacle which is 240V - 50A.

Check-in time is 4PM and checkout time is 11AM.

Larger boat slips are available for rent at the Landings or Shangri La Marina. The Shangri La Marina has a company that rents both PWC, ski boats and pontoon boats www.sailgrand.com. They also have a 60'+ Bluewater yacht which is available for 4 hour cruises for special events and large groups.

If you are new to Monkey Island at Grand Lake, the area is home to the Shangri La Resort and Golf Club. Amenities include the 27-hole golf course, 18-hole Battlefield Par-3 course, multiple fine and casual dining options, The Anchor - a large family recreational center with indoor / outdoor sports & games complete with a sports bar + kitchen. The Shangri La Marina is a full-service marina (including boat and PWC rentals).

This property is located near the tip of Monkey Island on a small quiet cove. Not only will you enjoy all the activities of staying in a fine home on the water but also the comforts and activities of this resort community. Whether you want to catch the game while sipping a cold beer overlooking the water at Eddies, head out for a night of live music on the decks at Shebangs, or hit a round of golf while the children sleep in, our home provides comforts that many have not experienced before during a lake vacation.
